To be eligible for a return:

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
We may request photos for verification.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
