Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after shipment.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

For U.S. orders, there are typically no additional customs fees.

If applicable, customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
